The Lake Cumberland Chapter is a part of the statewide Kentucky Reading Association, an affiliate of the International Literacy Association. The Lake Cumberland chapter is comprised of the following counties: Adair, Bell, Casey, Clay, Clinton, Cumberland, Harlan, Knox, Laurel, Leslie, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Wayne, and Whitley.
